Being able to last long in bed is a fundamental key to becoming the kind of man that a woman loves having sex with.
While it is technically possible to get a woman to orgasm within seconds of sex (as I explain here) or through oral sex or fingering, the amount of pleasure you can give a woman through sex when you can last over 30 minutes is practically unlimited.
See, a man will typically orgasm once during sex, while women have the ability to orgasm over and over again in just one sex session.
However, if you can’t last long enough to even make it to her first orgasm… You’re never going to witness the capacity that a woman has to experience pleasure.
Fortunately your sexual stamina is something you can change.
Contrary to popular belief, how long you last in bed is fully within your control.
The example I always give of this is as follows…
Have you ever noticed how in certain positions you last longer than others?
…Or how with certain thrusting approaches you have more stamina?
Well this is just the tip of the iceberg in terms of how changing your behavior changes how long you last.
The truth is that there are many changes you can make to the way you have sex (including some advanced techniques) to increase how long you last.
For example, have you ever thought about how your breathing impacts your stamina?
One of the causes of premature ejaculation in men is when we get over-excited and carried away in the moment…
We get so caught up in all the stimulation and pleasure that suddenly we reach the point of orgasm without even realizing.
Now what you’ve got to understand is that our breathing plays a vital role in this process.
When we’re not conscious of our breathing before and during sex it’ll typically become quicker and shallower.
This limits the amount of Oxygen flowing to our brains and in our bodies and therefore increases our nervousness and excitement… which increases the chances of premature ejaculation.
All it takes to interrupt this negative pattern is to become conscious of our breathing and inhale deeply and slowly.
Taking a slow deep breath instantly interrupts our state of mind, refreshes our bodies and as a result, increases how long we can last.
Now don’t be fooled by the simplicity of what I’ve just shared with you.
Entire disciplines have been created around the concept of breathing and its power to influence the body.
If you’ve performed any yoga or pilates, you’ll know that our breathing can have a dramatic impact on our bodies and how we feel.
Now, whether you’re a “yoga person” or not doesn’t matter, what matters is what helps you last long in bed.
Therefore I highly recommend you at least try out this approach for yourself.
When you do you’ll be pleasantly surprised by how much longer you last and how much more pleasure your partner experiences as a result.
