How Your Choice Of Underwear Can Cause Erection Problems

I’m pretty sure that you consider your ability to get and maintain strong erections as one of your biggest assets. Besides being an indication that you’re well-equipped to give your wife, girlfriend or lover the sexual satisfaction she wants, you’re also in for a lot of pleasurable sensations while at it.

Getting an erection is basically a process that gets set off as soon as your brain detects a stimulus that you consider erotic. This includes seeing an eyeful of your partner’s sexy bits or perhaps smelling her perfume while you’re getting frisky in the bedroom.

When the brain detects this stimulus, it sends a message to the body to pump up its production and release of positive hormones and neurotransmitters.

This triggers a number of changes, particularly making the skin more sensitive, especially in and around the erogenous zones, taking the heart and breathing rates up a notch as well as directing a more than usual of blood flow to the pelvic region, which gets absorbed by the erectile tissues in the penis to firm it up.

And when these erectile tissues have already absorbed all the blood flow they need, you’re ready to rock and roll in bed.

Now here’s the mistake that I was telling you about earlier…

Wearing pairs of underwear that are tighter than they should could potentially make your erections weaker than usual. From what I’ve picked up during my extensive research into the male sexuality, they could hinder ideal flow of blood to the pelvic region and ultimately to the erectile tissues in the penis.  Although this effect isn’t instantaneous, it can happen in the long run.

(This setback can be also caused by wearing skinny jeans and similar kinds of pants that are too tight.)

So if you’re looking to keep your erections strong and intense, make it a point to always put on underwear that fit you just right and not hug your private parts too tightly. Or else your ability to get rock hard when you need to could be compromised before you know it.
