A Dating Pet Peeve That Always Repels Women

Unlike what a lot of so-called “pickup artists” are saying, acing a first date is not about following a few magic bullets that will immediately convince the woman you’re going out with that she definitely has to go on another date with you soon.

What’s really interesting is I’ve learned during my extensive research into the female psychology that pulling the whole thing off is actually about stimulating a woman’s body to release the right kind of hormones when you’re with her.

These hormones are called positive hormones and like their name implies, they make a woman become more relaxed, comfortable and sociable when you’re having a date. You can already picture out how your date will turn out when you make her feel this way.

(Moreover, these positive hormones are also responsible for making a woman fired up for lovemaking. How’s that for two for two?)

Now while I’m not going to reveal a “secret” that will supposedly boost your chances of acing a first date, I will point out a mistake that you may be making that can easily turn off the woman you’re going out with.

Let me explain what I mean…

If you’ve been following my posts for a while now, you probably already know that making a first date successful involves some key factors that help stimulate a woman’s body to churn out positive hormones like dopamine and oxytocin.

These factors include planning your getup well, particularly wearing clean shoes and clothes, keeping an eye on your grooming, showing up on time and asking trivial questions to get her going for a meaningful conversation.

But the thing is I’ve learned during my extensive research into the female psychology that a woman tends to feel anxious when she sees that the guy she’s going out on a date with is constantly checking his mobile phone.

See, this gives her the notion that the man she is going out with isn’t really interested in her and will just stimulate her body to produce negative hormones, the opposite of positive hormones.

Their effects on a woman’s body are entirely the reverse of what their positive counterparts can set off, too. Besides making your date feel impatient and restless, she’s going to want to be anywhere else than being with you while at it.

And I’m sure you already have a mental picture of how your date will go.

So the next time you’re on a first date, make it a point to focus on the woman you’re going out with instead of your phone. Those texts, status updates and tweets can wait – unless you’re aiming to break your chances of scoring a second date completely.
