How To Raise Your Confidence Levels Naturally

I was browsing through my inbox this morning when I stumbled upon a message from JT who shares that he is having a very big problem with his lack of self-confidence. And it’s already affecting his social life big time.

Besides making it rather tricky for him to engage in activities like office parties, class reunions or perhaps having a beer or two at the local bar, JT also adds that his confidence issues are dampening his chances at dating.

JT emphasizes that he hasn’t scored a second date in months and this is definitely the biggest reason why he wants to resolve this issue before it gets even worse. And I’m here to help you do just that, my friend.

However, before we discuss this subject in detail, I would just like to point out first that improving your self-confidence is actually quite simple.

Unlike what a lot of so-called “pickup artists” are saying these days, you don’t have to drastically change the way you act and dress to get the job done. I’ve learned something during my extensive research into the male psychology that may just help you do the trick.

See, confidence is all in the mind. I know this sounds rather simplistic right now, but you will find out more when you follow along…

At its simplest, how confident you are at any given time depends on how much positive hormones are in your body. These hormones basically make you feel relaxed, happy and excited. The more of them are present, the higher your confidence levels will be.

What’s really interesting is the brain is naturally wired to stimulate the endocrine glands to produce and release positive hormones during specific times, particularly during sexual arousal as well as after having a vigorous exercise.

But the thing is I’ve learned another way to coax the brain into stimulating the hormone-producing glands to churn out positive hormones….

And this is thinking happy thoughts. It could be a memory that you treasure, a game you like to play as a kid or just whatever that gives you a nice feeling. How about thinking one now? You’re sure to notice a difference in your mood and disposition almost instantly.

So if you’re reading this, JT, make it a habit to think happy thoughts when you’re feeling that your confidence levels are dipping down. As for boosting your chances of acing a second date a notch higher, keep in mind to check out these simple pointers.
