When Was The Last Time You Exercised?

After having my usual morning jog at the local park the other day, I met up with some friends to grab a quick breakfast. And while we were digging into our meals, one of them asked why I always made it a point to exercise regularly.

Now while the most obvious answer would be “to keep fit and trim,” which is definitely one of the biggest reasons why I sweat it out frequently, there is also one other thing why I am motivated to exercise each time I can.

And this is to help ensure that I will always last for as long I can when things get hot in bedroom.

I know this sounds surprising right now, but you’re absolutely going to include vigorous exercise in your regular schedule when you follow along…

See, your body’s energy levels are totally dependent on how functional your heart, lungs as well as blood channels like blood vessels, veins and arteries are. This is mainly because ideal circulation and oxygenation are necessary in order for you to engage in intense physical activity.

Besides acting as “fuel” for the muscles, tissues and bones to prep them up for action, sufficient blood flow and oxygen also helps keep them keep going. The more optimized the organs responsible for their passage in the body, the high your energy levels are going to be.

And this simply means that your staying power during lovemaking will remain ideal, which makes it easier for you to give your wife, girlfriend or lover a sex session she won’t forget anytime soon.

What’s really interesting is having ideal circulation also helps you get rock hard on demand each time you want. How’s that for two for two?

Sure you can get your hands on a lot of expensive and artificial supplements commercially available these days that claim to keep your organs in tiptop shape, but nothing beats sweating it out in a regular basis.

Besides not dishing out a lot of money, you’re also going to be sure that you won’t be at risk of any adverse side effects in the process.

I’m not saying that you should be a hardcore gym buff to be able to pull this off.

You simply have to exercise vigorously for at least 15 to 20 minutes each day and that’s it. There are also a lot of options you can go for as well to zero in on the exercise that suits you to a T. Apart from brisk walking and slow jogging, you can also go bike riding.

You’ll be surprised with the results the next time you and your partner are at it in bed, too.
