When Was The Last Time You Sweated It Out?

If you’re anything like most guys, chances are you probably like having sex and planning to keep at it for as long as you can. However, there’s also a possibility that you’re guilty of making a rather commonly overlooked mistake that can prevent you from doing just that in the long run.

Make sure you follow along to find out more…

Perhaps the best way to describe lovemaking in just a few words is “pleasurable exercise.” Come to think of it. Besides vigorously working up your body in a sweat, you’re also going to experience elevated blood pressure and breathing levels while at it.

And to top things off, you’ll also get a noticeable “high” after a bout of sex, just like you go through when you’ve just finished working out due to the surge of feel-good hormones that your body is experiencing.

Now that we’ve made the analogy between sex and exercise, here’s the mistake that I was telling you about earlier…

See, the odds that you’re going to be vulnerable to sexual problems sooner or later are going to be much higher when you neglect to have exercise in your regular schedule. This is because sex and exercise share a lot in common.

Apart from being prone to losing a considerable amount of energy when the action’s getting hot in the bedroom, you’re also going to experience sexual problems in the process like finding it quite tricky to get and maintain a stable erection.

And that’s definitely going to affect your ability to give your wife, girlfriend or lover the sexual satisfaction she wants while the two of you are already at it in bed. This one is also going to affect you in a big way as well.

So when was the last time you really sweated it out? If you can’t remember when you previously had a brisk jog, a long walk or perhaps a hearty ride on a bike, then you’re most likely to be already prone to experience sexual problems before you know it.

Sure your sexual health is in tiptop shape right now and you’re still able to wow your partner each time you have a go at it in the bedroom, but neglecting to include exercise in your schedule can lead to issues that will keep the both of you from really enjoying your lovemaking sessions.

I’m not saying that you should be a hardcore gym buff as soon as you can. Exercising for at least 15 to 20 minutes a day is already sufficient to keep things up to par.
