Why You Shouldn’t Wear Belts That Are Too Tight

I am really disappointed at what some so-called “pickup artists” are saying these days. While checking out one of their blogs, I stumbled upon an “advice” that suggested wearing belts tighter than usual to highlight the calves and make your legs look longer than they really are.

But the thing is doing this will only trigger an effect that’s going to significantly disrupt your performance in the bedroom sooner than you think. Make sure you follow along to find out more…

However, before we get right down to the details, let me give you a quick rundown on what happens inside your body when you get sexually aroused so you can understand the whole thing better.

See, as soon as your brain detects that you and your wife, girlfriend or lover are already getting it on in bed, it immediately fires up the endocrine glands to produce and release feel-good hormones like oxytocin and dopamine.

These hormones basically set off key changes in the body that help you prep up for sex. Besides picking up your breathing and pulse rates, they also stimulate a temporary boost in your circulation that directs a more than usual amount of blood flow to your pelvic region.

A significant amount of this blood flow is absorbed by the erectile tissues in the penis. When these tissues get all the blood they need, you get rock hard, which is very important if you’re looking to really satisfy your lover in the bedroom.

Now here’s where the whole “wearing belts tighter than usual” advice gets really sketchy…

At its simplest, you are hampering the ideal amount of circulation from getting to where they should be during sexual arousal. The blood flow that is directed to the pelvic region becomes constricted and won’t get to the erectile tissues in the penis on time.

And when this happens, chances are you’re only going to have a weak erection that’s just going to fizzle out sooner than you’d like to or perhaps not get an erection at all.

Sure the idea of highlighting your calves and making your legs look longer by wearing tight belts may be quite tempting to try to update your overall appearance, but doing so will just lead to problems getting and maintain a strong erection.

(Make sure you keep clear from wearing the rather trendy skinny jeans since they can also trigger a similar effect.)
