How To Score Another Date By Shaving

If you’re anything like most guys, convincing a woman you’re on a date with to go out with you again is definitely a priority in your dating checklist. Now while we’ve previously discussed the importance of establishing trust with her to boost your chances of doing just that, there’s a mistake that a lot of men seem to overlook that can easily ruin the whole thing.

Let me explain what I mean…

See, grooming plays a key role when it comes to making a woman feel comfortable around you. Put yourself in your date’s shoes for a moment. Would you find it easy to feel relaxed and cozy if the guy you’re with looks grubby and unkempt?

Well, there’s your answer.

However, I’ve learned something during my extensive research into the female psychology that may just give you an idea how to raise your chances of scoring a second date with a woman even further. What’s really interesting is that it involves an activity that you should be probably doing in a regular basis by now.

And this activity is shaving. I know this sounds surprising right now, but you’ll find out more how getting rid of excess facial hair is going to help make it easier for you to ace a first date and score a second one.

So let’s get right to it…

I’ve come across a mini-study conducted by the Lisbon Instituto de Psicologia in which they interviewed adult women between ages 24 to 45 how they viewed guys who wore various types of facial hair.

Now while the respondents of the study asserted that they think men who are cleanly shaved and had a bit of stubble on project an image of class, responsibility and cleanliness, they basically pointed out the opposite with guys who wore full, bushy beards.

Besides having the notion that they didn’t exerted enough effort to prepare for their date, which is one of the biggest no-no’s in the dating scene, the women who were interviewed for the study also emphasized that they seemed to be predisposed to think of them as irresponsible and sloppy.

Not exactly the image you’d like to give her if you’re aiming for a second date, isn’t it?

I’m not saying that beards are bad. I’m just pointing out that you should give yourself a meticulous shave if you want to make a woman feel more comfortable around you during your date.

And come to think of it, having a nice clean shave isn’t that tricky to do, too.
