Do This To Speed Up Her Sexual Arousal

If you’re anything like most guys, chances are you get sexually aroused at the drop of a hat. However, warming up for lovemaking is totally different for women. Besides being significantly slower, it also takes more than just physical stimulation to get them going in bed.

During my extensive research into the female sexuality though, I discovered a simple technique that can help speed up your wife’s sexual arousal the next time you’re feeling rather frisky. And what’s really interesting is it can boost your performance in the bedroom as well.

Let me explain what I mean…

Based from the results of a study conducted by the University of Michigan, a woman tends to be more eager to get a sex session going if she is well-rested. This is because her body can easily release a lot more feel-good hormones like oxytocin, dopamine and serotonin when she’s got an ideal sleeping schedule in her daily checklist.

These hormones easily prevent your wife from getting cranky the moment she wakes up in the morning and increase her feelings of well-being in the process. But what’s really interesting is these hormones can also make her body more responsive when you’re already working your magic during foreplay.

See, oxytocin, dopamine and serotonin are basically the same hormones that a woman’s body produces and releases when she’s getting sexually aroused. The more of these are in her system, the sexier your wife will feel and the easier she’ll get ready for action in bed. And I’m pretty sure that you’ve already put two and two together right now, too.

Now for the trick I’ve told you about earlier…

Make it a point to set a generous sleep schedule that you can stick to consistently. When I say “generous,” I mean 7 to 8 hours of uninterrupted shuteye. No more, no less since this is the figure that we’re aiming for.

Apart from keeping a regular schedule in the evening to dim the lights, you should also have a strict “shut off” time for your electronic devices like mobile phones, tablets and similar devices so you won’t be tempted to stay up longer.

Getting lots of sleep is also very beneficial to your sexual performance as well. Besides helping you get rock hard on demand and maintain a strong erection long enough to really satisfy your wife, getting enough shuteye regularly can also prevent premature ejaculation.
