Why Exercising Regularly Boosts Sexual Performance

If you’ve been following AdviceForHim.com for a while now, you probably came across my posts on the importance of regular exercise when it comes to improving your performance in the bedroom.

Now while I explained in a previous post that making it a habit to exercise vigorously at least 15 minutes every day helps your body build up its energy levels to guarantee you’ll last long enough during sex to really give your lover the satisfaction she wants, there is one other benefit it can give you when things get hot in bed.

And this is optimizing how your brain can let loose mood-altering hormones to get you ready for lovemaking and make sure that your partner will experience a sex session she won’t forget anytime soon.

Let me key you in on this…

During my extensive research into the male sexuality, I discovered that the body has a natural mechanism to prepare it for lovemaking. If you’re anything like most guys, you don’t just get an erection or perhaps have your erogenous zones rather sensitive to stimulation all of a sudden.

There has to be a trigger that causes these changes.

These changes in your system are basically set off by the mood-altering hormones produced and released by the brain as soon as it detects that you and your lover are getting frisky in the bedroom. Besides spiking up your heart and breathing rate, these hormones also direct a more than usual flow of blood to the pelvic region.

Most of this blood is absorbed by the spongy erectile tissues in the penis, which makes them firm up resulting to an erection. Depending on how much mood-altering hormones are let loose in your body, it’s either you’ll get rock hard and stay that way until you’ve given your lover the sexual satisfaction she wants…

Or get limp before you’ve even really started in bed.

Unlike what a lot of guys mistakenly think, conditioning your body to produce and release the ideal amounts of hormones when you and your partner are getting in the mood for lovemaking doesn’t have to involve pills, creams and similar artificial stuff that claim to do just that.

As it turns out, making it a habit to sweat it out daily not only significantly improves the brain’s reaction time when it comes to letting loose these mood-altering hormones, but also take its ability to churn out ideal amounts of the same up a notch to get you ready for lovemaking for sex properly.

And since exercise also helps build up your energy levels, you sure won’t feel too exhausted before you really gave your lover a mind-blowing sex session.
