If you’re anything like most men, you probably sit for extended periods of time during the day.
Now while there is nothing wrong with sitting in any way at all, overdoing it can lead to a few health issues that start out rather insignificant then eventually progress into more serious ones. Besides sailing blood pressure levels, this can also include stroke and cardiovascular disease.
And as if things are not scary enough, sitting for too long can also lead to a problem that can instantly ruin your lover’s sexual mood when things get hot in the bedroom. It can also be a very big factor when it comes to erectile dysfunction.

See, getting an erection is basically about sending a sufficient amount of blood to the erectile tissues in the penis to firm it up. As long as these erectile tissues get the right amount of blood they need, a man is guaranteed to have an erection going to get him ready for sex.
However, if something prevents enough blood to flow to the erectile tissues in the penis, there are only two possible things that will happen – it’s either a man will get an erection, but it won’t be strong enough to last until he satisfies his lover in bed or he won’t get hard at all.
What’s really interesting is that this is basically what happens when a guy habitually sits for too long. The blood vessels in the pelvic region become pinched, preventing the blood to flow freely to the erectile tissues in the penis.
In some cases, these blood vessels might even get bruised and produce unnecessary clotting, leading to more health problems in the future.
Just to make things clear, I am not saying that you should never sit.
I am merely emphasizing that you shouldn’t do it too much, like for hours on end every day to avoid disrupting the blood flow to the erectile tissues in the penis and make getting a strong erection extremely difficult.
If you find yourself sitting for more than an hour, make it a point to stand up and stretch a bit. This helps reinvigorate the blood vessels that may have become dormant in your pelvic region.
