Why You Should Be More Conscious Of Your Oral Health

If you’re anything like most men, chances are you simply see brushing and flossing as daily routines. They’ve been in your list of daily activities for as long as you can ever remember.
Now while a lot of guys think that failing to give their teeth a daily vigorous brushing and flossing their gums will only lead to a number of oral health problems, neglecting to do them can also increase their risk of being vulnerable to erectile dysfunction.

During my extensive research into the male sexuality, I discovered that not taking care of your gums, teeth and mouth won’t just lead to tooth decay, but also periodontal disease and even bone loss in very severe cases.
When this happens, the blood vessels in the oral region connected to the rest of the body become prone to damage and eventual breakage. When these blood vessels break, they can allow harmful bacteria to breach in the bloodstream.
And this sets off a chain of events in the bloodstream that can make a stable erection extremely tough for a man.
See, when these harmful bacteria manage to get inside the bloodstream, the first thing that will happen is the body will release its first line of defense, namely white blood cells, to get rid of them.
In minor cases, this usually gets rid of the harmful bacteria because there won’t be a lot of them to deal with. However, it becomes a different story when it comes to more serious ones.
Besides overpowering the white blood cells with their numbers, these harmful bacteria also cause more and more damage in the bloodstream, which ultimately leads to unwanted clotting.
And when clotting occurs, the flow in the bloodstream becomes disrupted to the point of being blocked. Aside from preventing the blood from going to the places it’s needed in the body like vital organs and muscles, it also hampers the erectile tissues in the penis to get the right amount they need to get an erection going.
So you’ll eventually find yourself unable to get a stable erection the next time things get hot in the bedroom no matter how hard you try.
Now while I am not saying that you should brush and floss to the point of obsession, I’m simply emphasizing the fact that deliberately neglecting to do them daily will lead to more problems than diseased gums and abscesses in the oral region due to tooth cavities.
