How To Eliminate B.O. The Right Way

Now while a small amount of body odor is totally natural to us guys, having a large amount is avoidable…

Besides sapping away your self-confidence, excessive body odor can also ruin your chances of scoring a second date or even a chance to get between the sheets with a woman you’ve always fantasized about. So if you’re looking to make body odor go away, here are a few things that you should keep in mind…

Shower thoroughly daily.

There’s a very big difference between simply taking a shower and having a thorough one. Making it a habit to shower meticulously and at least twice a day if possible greatly lessens odor-causing bacteria that are commonly present in sweat, fallen hair follicles and dead skin.

Make sure you thoroughly wash bacteria-prone areas of your body like the armpits, inner thighs, the spaces between your fingers and toes as well as behind the ears. These are the most common places where bacteria can accumulate and give you quite a stink if neglected. Have an anti-bacterial soap handy, too.

Change your clothes and underwear regularly.

Now while that pair of jeans or shirt you wore yesterday may not smell that bad, putting them on again and again can easily give you a case of B.O. faster than you think. Make sure you change your clothes and underwear daily, especially after getting excessively sweaty.

Keep a regular schedule for washing your clothes weekly. Give your garments a thorough wash as soon as they begin to smell. Apart from keeping yourself as bacteria-free as you can, you’re also avoiding potential itchiness and irritation in your sensitive areas in the process.

Ease up on the spicy and strong-smelling foods.

Munching on too much spicy and strong-smelling foods won’t just make your breath stink. Their unpleasant odors can easily stick to your hair and clothes, too. And just to make things worse, they won’t go away unless you take a long shower and wash your clothes.

Now while I’m not saying that you should avoid eating some of your favorite spicy dishes or foods that are heavy on garlic and onions, the secret here is moderation. Simply keep in mind not to have too much of them and you’re going to be alright. Brushing and flossing your teeth regularly is absolutely a must, too.

Keep yourself dry.

Odor-causing bacteria thrive in excessive moisture found on the body. Always remember to carefully towel yourself dry after showering and wiping away sweat as frequently as you can. A lot of skin problems are caused by ignoring excessive moisture on the body like athlete’s foot and fungal irritations. The drier your skin is, the tougher it is for bacteria to develop.

(Now that we’ve got that covered, here’s how you can raise your sexual stamina levels naturally.)
