Do This To Easily Stave Off Premature Ejaculation

“Just think about baseball.”

Chances are you’ve already heard this rather straightforward advice when it comes to lasting longer during lovemaking. Sure this sounds a bit simplistic, but I discovered something while checking out a few psychology journals at the local library that may validate this claim.

Make sure you follow along to find out more…

Let’s start things off with a quick rundown on what happens inside your body during sexual arousal so you can understand the whole thing easier.

See, the brain fires up a collection of glands that releases sex hormones into the circulatory system as soon as it detects that you and your wife, girlfriend or lover are already heating things up in the bedroom.

These hormones have the ability to trigger key changes in the body to help you get ready for sex.

Besides temporarily increasing the overall sensitivity of the skin, especially in and around the erogenous zones, they also boost the blood flow directed to the pelvic region where most of it is absorbed by the erectile tissues in the penis to firm it up.

And the brain keeps on stimulating the glands to produce more of these sex hormones until you achieve orgasm during your lovemaking session. But the thing is having excessive amounts of these hormones let loose in your body will make you prone to premature ejaculation.

However, I’ve learned a simple trick that can help you prevent this while going over some psychology journals at the local library the other day and I’m going to share it with you…

According to a study conducted by the Clinical Psychology Program at Northwestern University, pausing even for a short while during lovemaking to think about something really non-sexual can have an effect on the brain that can help delay your ejaculatory responses from kicking in prematurely.

It could be what you’re going to have for dinner later, your next dental appointment or perhaps baseball. The trick here is to visualize the most mundane thought you can ever think of and you’re good to go.

This slightly disrupts the brain’s activity and briefly stops the production and release of sex hormones, which helps you take your sexual arousal down a notch. And when this happens, you can “restart” your sexual arousal and prevent the possibility that you’re going to come too quickly in bed.

What’s really interesting is you can do this trick over and over during lovemaking. How about giving this a try the next time things get hot in bed and really surprise your partner?

(Just keep in mind not to worry that you’ll come too soon while you’re at it and you’ll be fine.)
